Kk13 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Online Betting Platform User Agreement

To register and use the kk13 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. kk13 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to terminate accounts found not to meet the stipulated criteria.

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. kk13 enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request a copy of your identity card or passport for verification purposes.
• Nationality: The kk13 platform is intended for individuals located in Malaysia. Any use by individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is entirely the user's own responsibility.
• One account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active kk13 account. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, identity card number, or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Registering with a false name, another person's phone number, or fabricated details is a serious breach of these terms.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are legally incapacitated are not permitted to register.

Kk13 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for eWallet methods and up to 3 hours for FPX transfers, subject to standard security checks carried out automatically by our system.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered under the same name as your kk13 account.

• Rollover requirement: Every bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page as a multiplier (e.g. 10×, 20×, 30×).
• Validity period: Each bonus has a stated validity period. Any unused bonus or unfulfilled rollover requirement within that period will expire automatically.

• Account suspension may be carried out while an investigation is in progress. The suspension is temporary, and the account will either be reinstated or terminated depending on the outcome of the investigation.
• Account Closure may occur when: fraud or money laundering is proven; duplicate account ownership is detected; automated software (bots) is used to play; attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities are made; or other serious breaches of these terms are committed.
• In cases of termination due to a breach, kk13 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including pending winnings, without compensation.
• If an account is terminated for reasons unrelated to fraud, any valid balance will be returned to the member within 7 working days upon completion of the review.
